JobSummary :

As an Atlassian ToolSpecialist you will be responsible for managing customizing andoptimizing the suite of Atlassian tools used within ourorganization.

You will work closely with various teams tounderstand their workflows and requirements providing guidance onbest practices and implementing solutions to enhance productivitycollaboration and efficiency using Atlassiantools.

Duties andResponsibilities :

• Manage theadministration configuration and maintenance of Atlassian toolssuch as Jira Confluence Bitbucket and others asrequired.
• CustomizeAtlassian tools to align with organizational workflows andrequirements. Develop custom scripts plugins and integrations toextend the functionality of Atlassian tools asneeded.
• Provide usersupport troubleshooting assistance and training to ensure effectiveutilization of Atlassian tools across the organization.

Createdocumentation and conduct training sessions to educate users onbest practices and newfeatures.

IntegrateAtlassian tools with other systems and tools used within theorganization to streamline processes and enhance collaboration.

Implement automation solutions to automate repetitive tasks andimproveefficiency.

• Ensure thesecurity and compliance of Atlassian tools including user accesscontrols data protection and adherence to relevant regulations andstandards.
• Monitorthe performance of Atlassian tools and identify opportunities foroptimization and improvement. Implement performance tuning andscalability enhancements as needed to maintain optimal systemperformance.

Requirements

• Must possessexpertise in Jira and Confluence with proven ability to writecomplex Jira queries build Confluence pages and be knowledgeable indifferent Confluence macros that can be used to integrate Jira dataand perform additional functions inConfluence.
• Proficiency inscripting languages for customization andautomation.
• Strongunderstanding of software development methodologies such as AgileandDevOps.
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate effectively with crossfunctionalteams.
• Ability to stayupdated on the latest trends and best practices in Atlassian toolsand relatedtechnologies.

MinimumEducation :

Masterof Arts or Master of Science Degree preferred ideally in aHealthcare relatedfield.

RequiredCertifications :

PMPScrum or Scaled Agile Certification required Atlassian CertifiedProfessional (ACP) is a plus.

Must possess expertise in Jira andConfluence with proven ability to write complex Jira queries, buildConfluence pages, and be knowledgeable in different Confluencemacros that can be used to integrate Jira data and performadditional functions in Confluence.

Proficiency in scriptinglanguages for customization and automation. Strong understanding ofsoftware development methodologies such as Agile and DevOps.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the abilityto collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strongproblem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to stayupdated on the latest trends and best practices in Atlassian toolsand related technologies.
