Genesis Gold Group is a rapidly growing Precious Metals Dealer specializing in IRA transactions as well as home delivery for physical Gold & Silver. Our office is located in the heart of Beverly Hills, a beautiful, safe, clean location, half a mile from Rodeo Drive.

We are seeking an in-house, full-time processor in our IRA services department.Primary responsibilities of this role include:

- Preparation of documents for IRA transfers and other transactions

- Direct communication with both clients & financial institutions

- Coordination with head of IRA processing department and sales team

- Maintaining records and organization of multi-step IRA processes

Our ideal candidate has following experience/skills:

- Background in financial services (2 yrs req.)

- Experience directly in IRA department preferred (precious metals or other financial/investment services)

- Confident interacting regularly with clients on the phone

- Experience with client management/organization

- Salesforce & Microsoft Word/Excel experience is a plus

Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while effectively prioritizing and organizing their workload to meet deadlines. We are looking for individuals who are proactive and self-motivated, capable of identifying opportunities for improvement and taking action to contribute to the smooth operation of our team or organization.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
