Funder by Genesis Products in Hope, AR is looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians to be responsible for preserving the condition and functionality of the equipment and premises.

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Qualifications

What we NEED:

• Experience with hydraulics: troubleshoot, re-build and repair pipe, valves, pumps and cylinders. Able to replace seals (small as in a valve, Large as in a cylinder).
• Must be able to read and interpret Piping Installation Diagrams, mechanical drawings and component assembly instructions.
• Expected to work on; pipe sizes from 6mm (1/4”) to 200mm (6”). Valves, valve blocks and manifolds, High Pressure Pumps and Accumulators.
• Expected to be able to identify parts/components by purpose or function.
• Work safely with pressures up to 330bar or 5500 psi and oil temp up to 250c or 550F.
• Pneumatics knowledge; troubleshoot, re-build and repair pipe/airline, valves, pumps and cylinders.
• Mechanical knowledge: troubleshoot, rebuild and repair; chain, belt, pulleys, rollers.
• Welding; able to stick or wire weld: pipe, mounts, brackets, braces.
• Should be able to use oxy fuel cutting torch.
• Should be able to use grinders, drills, tap/die, pipe threader, and other tools associated with mechanical work.
• Welding and Hydraulic skills are most essential in a mechanic.
• Experience with boilers or gas fired heaters is also great.
• Experience with Electrical systems and machinery: Electrical experience and training with 3phase 480v, up to 600v < motors, inverters, power distribution.
• Experience/training with control voltages; 110vac, 24vdc < sensors, relays >
• Must have competent knowledge of a Multi-meter (Voltage, Current, Resistance) and be able to demonstrate at interview.
• Wiring knowledge; should be able to select, replace or repair wiring ( single conductor or cable with multiple conductors ). Able to professionally install and test/
• Component knowledge; should be able to identify and troubleshoot common components such as Photo Electric Sensors, Inductive/capacitive proximity sensors, limit switch’s, relays/contactors, fuses/overloads.
• Should be able to replace a motor or inverter/drive; to include testing, loading of software/parameters.
• Electronic knowledge: familiar with PC or PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), understand and troubleshoot digital and analog inputs/outputs… to include distributed I/O systems and networks.
• Able to learn and use software related to the electronics.
• Must have experience troubleshooting and programming in Siemens s7 ladder logic.
• Must have experience troubleshooting and programming SEW drives and controls.
• Strong PLC skills is required.
