Genesis10 is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst with this 6 month project located in Dallas, TX. Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Works on high complexity projects.
- Ability to drive projects to successful completion.
- Manages business and IT projects and work streams in a matrix environment
- Business Analyst background to understand the big picture and business process flows.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to elicit and document requirements.
- Able to work with multi-functional teams and across functional boundaries.
- Ensures attainment of and delivery to project charter, scope, schedules and budgets.
- Acts as a single point of contact for the project
- Develops and deliver presentations
- Conducts kick-off meetings, participates on cross-functional teams, addresses inter-departmental issues; establishing and communicating project schedules, objectives, priorities, and targets
- Keeps project stakeholders informed on project status by reporting on: identifying risks, issues, testing progress and performance in relation to schedule and timelines.
- Responsible for leading projects and programs from the ideation through final implementation.
- Develops detailed work plans, project schedules, project timelines. project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
- Interfaces with senior project staff regarding status of projects.
- Actively participates in all phases of the project. Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project.
- Manages risk by routinely identifying assessing and developing mitigation plans for events that could impact the success of the project or program.
- Ensures compliance with Project Management policies procedures and standards to ensure proper administration of activities.
- Modifies personal approach and style to reflect changing circumstance.
- Manages their own time effectively to maximize utilization and to balance demands from multiple projects.
- Manages the impacts and interdependencies between projects.
- Facilitates executive steering committee meetings.
- Performs other duties as directed by management.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management
- Business Analyst background to understand the big picture and business process flows
