Description:
Build and manage internal surveys
Responsibilities:
- Work with requestors to define survey objectives, criteria, timeline, etc.
- Build surveys in the Qualtrics platform, adhering to requestor specifications and internal best practices
- Schedule distributions and deliver results in a timely manner
- As needed, work with the customer analytics team to meet requestor needs
- Distribute ongoing customer surveys, and monitor and report on survey completion rates and customer feedback
- Weekly customer platform performance
- Monthly contact center performance report
- Update monthly presentation content
- Create team process documentation for existing work
- Tracking projects and task lists
- Adding and reviewing reports and process documentation
- Track team initiatives in Trello
- Monitor daily activity in Customer Community and provide reports as requested
Support other ad hoc projects as needed
