Responsibilities:
- Technical writing expertise
- Document purpose of the process and data flow
- Identify and document use of output (Reports, Ad Hoc Analysis, and Audience), what and who is impacted by data not being accurate, complete and timely
- Define controls to escalate data incidents related to, but not limited to, prioritization, remediation, and aging
- Fully define metrics to monitor data risks
- Produce reporting and monitor data controls and data metrics including data incident management across PPD
Requirements:
- Able to control design and metric definitions with thresholds
- Experience monitoring performance and utilizing reporting to raise awareness of facts and data
- Risk mindset with exposure to audit, regulators, operational risk, or compliance
- Ability to identifying risk and concerns
Desired Skills:
- Experience writing and reviewing risk statements with quantification of impact
- Data governance and QA review
- Prioritization, action planning, and risk acceptance justification
- Stakeholder management and audience awareness for executive communications
