Mainframe DBA

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX, and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, and implement mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2 Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to existing mainframe applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mainframe applications and systems
• Conduct unit testing and participate in system and integration testing of mainframe applications
• Provide support and expertise for mainframe-related inquiries and incidents
