Summary:
Our client is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join their team in a freelance capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional teams including editorial, design and digital to produce all marketing materials from inception to delivery.
- Meet with clients (investment teams and channels) about project needs and liaise between client and creative team as main point of contact.
- Identify scope of work, disseminating and communicating proper information to each team.
- Monitor and keep projects on schedule, obtain necessary approvals and meet demanding deadlines.
- Highly detail-oriented
- Adapt to changing priorities and a lot of moving parts
- Interact with team and obtain and organize daily status updates and progress
- Set up projects (entering into system, creating folders, adding to status sheet, etc)
Requirements:
- Workfront experience
- Candidate must be proactive and an adept problem solver
- Able to manage high volume of work both reoccurring and new deliverables especially email projects.
- Client-side experience is key, and experience with Asset Management (or Finance) project management is ideal.
- Experience working with print vendors is a plus.
- Agile experience is required, Scrum experience a plus
