Summary:
The Consultant assists in the management of accounting, tax, compliance and administration functions of the mutual funds and separate accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate missing pricings and manage the daily valuation of the mutual funds
- Perform various fund adminstration tasks and oversight controls over the outsourced fund acccountant. Includes preparation and review of reconciliations, compliance tests and other monitoring.
- Preparation and/or review of the financial statements and regulatory filings for Series Fund and/or Separate Accounts including Form NPORT, Prospectus, Annual report, or Green Blank
- Assists with preparation of audit requests
Must Have:
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Experience with mutual fund adminstration - financial reporting, regulatory reporting, compliance and or tax
- Experience overseeing service providers
- Mutual fund accounting or investment accounting experience
