Genesis10 is currently seeking a Program Manager III with our client in the SEO industry in their Atlanta, GA location. This is a 12 month contract position.

- Seeking a Program Manager III
- The program is a multiyear cross functional effort to reduce lead time and enable the fulfillment of requests for server capacity to less than 1 week.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating cross functionally you will analyze problems and recommend solutions effectively leveraging people, process and technology to achieve innovation in data center operations.
- Conduct interviews, define business requirements and design operational processes
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to document and analyze current state processes and pain points for critical business workflows
- Perform data analysis to identify inefficiencies, arrive at root cause and recommend improvements
- Partner with operational teams to drive continuous improvement and advise on process management best practice
- Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Shadow, interview and document current state business process
- Review and analyze operational metrics to help identify and prioritize opportunities for speed and predictability
- Design and facilitate approvals on the desired future state and associated roadmap
Requirements:
- Skilled in elicitation and modeling to provide clarity and enable cross functional alignment
- Proficient with Lean or Six Sigma (demonstrated experience)
- Business modeling tools (i.e. Visio, Lucidchart)
- 5-7 years of experience in operational process design and improvement
- Experience in consulting or data center management
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business or equivalent practical experience Strategic thinker with ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
- Communicate clearly and concisely with technical and non-technical teams; written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful problem solver with a wide variety of skills in their toolbox
- Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
- Desired:
- Lean or Six Sigma Certification
- Experience with customer journey mapping
- Master's degree: Computer Science, Engineering or Business
