Genesis10 is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Project Manager for our client in the Data Center industry. Client is open to Direct Hire or Contract to Hire for this position located in Plano, TX. Can but fully remote, onsite or Hybrid.

W2 Salary Pay rate range: $120K-135K

Description

As an individual contributor, the ServiceNow Developer/PM will analyze, design and test functionality of ServiceNow programs that integrate with internal and external customer users. The ServiceNow Developer/Project Manager will oversee projects with implementation schedules and deadlines, communicating project updates to multiple stakeholders within the Company. This role will work with the business, manage projects with responsibility in identifying, prioritizing, and implementing new functionality and enhancements as well as supporting maintenance activities.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver solutions to include configurations of ServiceNow modules and integrations with third-party platforms/applications
  • Manage project and production timelines communicating with key stakeholders within Aligned
  • Research and respond to production problems and recommend remediation solutions across the platform
  • Identify and communicate the strengths and limitations of the platform with recommendation of solutions
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to gather, clarify requirements and implement as determined. Work with multiple teams to understand the story and needs of the platform and enhancements
  • Deliver training as appropriate to end users
  • Collaborate to understand best practice within ServiceNow
  • Configure core modules including but not limited to, IT Service Management, Configuration Management Database, Integration Hub, Facilities Service Management & SPM (Project Management)

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years ServiceNow experience in development and implementation
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred
  • ServiceNow Workflow and Development
  • ServiceNow Self-Service Portal
  • Prior experience with ServiceNow modules including IT Service Management, Configuration Management Database, Integration Hub, and SPM (Project Management)
  • Preferred experience with ServiceNow Facilities Service Management module
  • Experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Performance Analytics
  • LDAP and SSO
  • Solid understanding of encoded queries, reporting, database views, SQL, stored procedure
  • System / Process Automation (Orchestration) experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations with third party applications
  • Experience in working with integrations including REST, XML, SOAP, JSON, Angular JS, Scripted REST web service APIs and MID Server Integration.
  • Proficiency in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle
  • Excellent communications skills required - verbally with all levels of customer IT and business management, as well as written with technical assessments and project
  • Strong ServiceNow Transform Map Scripting, data validation, and debugging
  • Strong ServiceNow Inbound Web Services
  • Strong ServiceNow MID Server architecture, configuration, and customization
  • Experience with Performance Analytics in creating Reports and Dashboards related report

CERTIFICATIONS:

  • ITIL Foundation Certified i.e., ITIL v3/ ITIL v4
  • ServiceNow System Administration Certified
  • ServiceNow Developer Certified
