We are currently seeking a highly collaborative digital marketer to assist with our transition into Salesforce Marketing Cloud and expand our digital reach. This is a new addition that will help us set the stage for future growth and innovation. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud:

• Develop and maintain lists, filters, and data extensions 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and plan automated communications to our customers and vendor partners
• Create and manage journeys and automations
• Provide support for lead generation activities
• Build and maintain web forms and pop-up ads
• Monitor and report on the success of campaigns within Salesforce

Email & Social Media Marketing: 

• Collaborate with others to determine email and social media content needs across the company
• Facilitate content planning meetings and maintain content calendar for email and social media activities
• Manage tasks within project management platform (Asana) to facilitate timely content creation
• Publish social media content, monitor posts, and engage with audience(s)
• Collaborate with creative team to execute email campaigns in Marketing Cloud
• Set up and monitor social media ads according to a pre-determined plan and budget
• Manage A/B testing
• Report on email and social media activities and recommend strategic changes

Additional duties may be assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in a marketing role
• 3 years of experience managing social media accounts and/or email marketing
• 1-3 years of experience working in Salesforce and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills 
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Highly collaborative 
• Willingness to attend occasional events outside of typical working hours for the purpose of social media documentation

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• Experience with any/all of the following platforms: 
•         Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
•         Asana or an equivalent project management platform
•         Jotform or an equivalent form builder
•         Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Teams, Word & PowerPoint
• One of the following Marketing Cloud certifications would be preferred: 
•        Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant
•        Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist
•        Marketing Cloud Administrator
•        Marketing Cloud Consultant
•        Marketing Cloud Developer
•        Marketing Cloud Email Specialist

Travel:

• Minimal travel, approximately once per year for continuing education or to attend industry events as needed

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged periods sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer 

Supervisor Responsibilities:

• This job has no supervisory responsibilities
