Hot Range Chef Job Overview
We are looking for a Hot Range Chef who is a highly skilled professional who can work under the Executive Chef. The Hot Range Chef will be responsible for the food that comes out of a kitchen, from conception to execution and is responsible for the day-to-day culinary operations in the kitchen.
Responsibilities
· Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your specific section;
· Training and managing any chefs working under you;
· Assisting the Executive Chef in the development of new dishes and menus;
· Essentially following all health and safety procedures;
· Being aware of profit margins and keeping waste to a minimum.
· A self-motivated and hardworking individual, who is a team player and leads by example.
· Be familiar with the company’s policies for What is a Hot Range Chef responsibilities.
Qualifications & Experience
Remuneration Package
· Between $22 to $25 per hour depending on skills, experience and performance.
