What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Manager position at Genezen?
JOB SUMMARY
Support the CFO for all finance activities at Genezen. Perform and oversee the transactional finance activities for AP, AR, and GL.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Liaise with external accountant on close activities, resulting in timely and accurate reporting for Genezen’s results
- Perform and oversee AP, AR, and GL activities on a periodic basis, resulting in timely and accurate transactions to customers, vendors, and internal leadership to support the business
- Support timely and within-budget implementation of new ERP (Dynamics 365) by creating and aligning processes with new system
- Perform financial reporting procedures to assist with preparation of monthly reports to BOD and Executive Leadership Team
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
- Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders including the CEO, CFO, CSO, Functional VPs, and Directors
- Communicate and collaborate with external stakeholders including external CPAs, Consultants, and Equity Partners
