What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at Genezen?
JOB SUMMARY
Assist the marketing team in existing marketing programs and the development of new initiatives aligned with company objectives. This includes having an integral role in the development and execution of marketing plans to increase brand awareness and promote Genezen. The idea candidate is a motivated professional with a wide range of marketing experiences including PR, branding, digital marketing, and social media. Must be able to work on multiple projects, generate creative ideas, deliver effective campaigns, and meet tight deadlines.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing programs and create content to promote Genezen services
- Draft marketing materials and communications including email campaigns, social media postings, and service descriptions with guidance from senior staff
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
- Assist in the design and management of Genezen’s CRM including maintaining dashboards and generating reports
- Ensure brand guidelines are met for all marketing materials and product collateral
- Analyze the performance and efficiency of campaigns and generate reports for senior management
- Manage the analysis of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
- Assist outbound and inbound marketing activities by developing expertise in certain areas such as event planning, advertising, optimization, and content development
- Collaborate with full commercial team to monitor strategic marketing initiatives
- Assist with the ordering of branded items for conferences and internal branding (e.g. apparel, business cards, booth materials)
- Design and create PowerPoint presentations to be used internally and externally
- Write, proofread, and edit creative content
- Oversee company’s social media channels to ensure brand uniformity
- Conduct competitor research and analysis
