CLS or MLT credentialed by ASCP or AMT required. MT License required. BLS required. EMR: Epic and Sunquest Blood Bank. No floating outside of Lab, but they are responsible for Blood Bank, Hematology, Urinalysis, Chemistry, Gram Stains.200 mile radius rule
