Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide mental health counseling and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need.

Duties:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using cognitive behavioral therapy techniques
- Provide clinical counseling and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
- Implement applied behavior analysis strategies to address behavioral challenges
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including special education professionals
- Utilize ICD-9 coding for accurate documentation and billing

Experience:
Must be independently licensed in KY not under supervision- LCSW, LPCC or LMFT accepted

Required: Master's Degree from an accredited school in the Behavioral Sciences

One to three years inpatient behavioral health work

Clinical Services Therapist for Outpatient -
The Clinical Therapist is a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team who will be a part of our Outpatient Team. Major job functions include: obtaining psycho-social assessments; conducting family/group therapy on assigned cases; complete documentation per hospital policy and procedure; case coordination; coordinate discharge planning; assist in developing and maintaining community resource information; performs marketing functions as assigned; assists in the maintenance of the program environment in compliance with policies of safety and security; ensures good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care; participate in continuing education activities.
