$2,200 weekly gross
Breakdown:
$1,162 weekly stipend (non-taxed)
$29.05 hourly (non-taxed)
$25.95 hourly (taxed)
$55 (Blended)
Shift: 11p-7a - EOW
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various nursing skills and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and provide nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
- Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
- Provide catheter care, pain management, memory care, and other specialized nursing services.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Epic for documentation.
- Assist with procedures like dialysis, suture removal, and durable medical equipment (DME) management.
- Provide nursing care in assisted living facilities.
Experience:
- Must have a valid LPN license in the state of practice.
- Previous experience in discharge planning, catheter care, pain management, memory care, and patient assessment is preferred.
- Familiarity with dialysis procedures, Epic electronic health records, suture removal, and DME management is a plus.
- Experience in providing nursing care in assisted living facilities is advantageous.
