LPN LTC Per Diem - Erie, PA
$40/hr ($25 untaxable stipend $15 taxable)
- Start Date: asap 2 weeks from offer
- Shift Details: 8 hour shifts- 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift openings
- Duration: Per diem - We receive monthly needs for openings
LPN Requirements:
- PA LPN License
- BLS
- 2 years recent LPN experience

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting, ensuring the well-being and comfort of residents.
- Utilize nursing skills to assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions following established protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold ethical standards in patient care.
- Continuously enhance skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
Pay: $45.00 per hour
