Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our healthcare team. Pay Details
40 Hrs./Wk.= $1882 Per week
Blended Pay = $47.05/hr.
Weekly Taxable: $720 Per week
weekly Travel stipend :$1162 Per week
OT Rate:$56.05/hr.
Responsibilities:
Shift: 8hr evenings 2:45pm-11:15 pm 40hr guarantee
40 hours week 5x8 Hour
13 week contract
8 Hours a day
Location: Claremont, NH
Requirements:
3 year CURRENT experience (within 6 mos) - NON-NEGOTIABLE
BLS required
NH state license req
Covid Vaccine - Required
Every other weekend/Holiday coverage required
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with the LVN scope of practice
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Perform procedures such as catheterization, tube feeding, and phlebotomy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records (eClinicalWorks)
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning
Skills:
- Possess a current LVN license in the state of practice
- Experience working in an Emergency Room (ER) or Level I Trauma Center is preferred
- Proficiency in performing medical procedures such as catheterization, tube feeding, and phlebotomy
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
