Dialysis Registered Nurses Needed in Charlottesville, Virginia
Shifts Available
- Days: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm (8 hrs)
Pay: $2321.00 Gross weekly

Contract length: 13 weeks
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Dialysis experience as a registered nurse
- Active VA or Compact RN license
- ACLS, BLS
Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care in a dialysis setting, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
- Administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assessing patient condition during dialysis treatments.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Educating patients and their families on dialysis procedures, medication management, and lifestyle modifications.
- Documenting patient information accurately in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe and efficient dialysis environment.
- Demonstrating proficiency in IV insertion, catheterization, and other core nursing skills to deliver comprehensive care.
- Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address any emergent situations during dialysis treatments.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and positive treatment outcomes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
