Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry

2 plus yrs current MS/ TELE experience- BLS, ACLS, NIH; 1:6 ratios; Meditech EMR, Must have WV or compact license. Orientation is bi-weekly. 36/48 Schedule per pay period- No Block scheduling. Start date on job is start date needed. RN must reside 100 miles from facility to be considered. Assignment confirmation needs to be loaded with in 24 hrs of accepting offer.
