Overview:
We are a small family owned lighting manufacturing company. We are seeking an office helper/customer service person to assist us in the office.
Hours- Monday Through Friday 9am to 3:30pm. No Weekends!
Duties:
- clerical tasks such as filing, answering phones
- manage and input date
- Taking Pictures of Lights
- Assist with clerical duties as needed
Experience:
The personal were looking for should have knowledge/ experience in:
- Answering and making phone calls
- Previous use of Microsoft programs word, excel, PowerPoint
- Well spoken
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
- Knowledge of marketing is a plus!
