Technical Recruiter

Position: Technical recruiter
Location: Bloomington, IL
Duration: Fulltime

We are in search of an individual to provide support to our global recruiting team in the implementation of recruitment strategies.
The person for this role will need to be a problem-solver, detail oriented and well organized.
This role requires the utmost confidentiality, strong ethics, and flexibility to adapt to a growing global company.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have impeccable judgement, excellent communication, people skills, with the ability to work with all nationalities.
We are a worldwide company and have offices in the US, Canada, Europe and Asia.

Overall responsibilities:
Communicate with potential candidates, bilingual a plus.
Provide administrative support to the Recruiting team to provide leads and recognize qualified candidates.
Research and utilize internet resources to find potential candidates for technical positions. Perform additional tasks, projects, and responsibilities as needed. Possibly assist with larger recruiting events, job fairs and conferences if needed

Requirements Qualifications:
3 years’ experience Administrative and research experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent communication, speaking, and writing skills
Ability to stay focused, multi-task, work independently, and perform assigned tasks in a timely manner

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
