What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workplace Experience Program Supervisor position at Geniqom Technologies?
This role manages a team of up to 12 workplace experience professionals supporting building entry and reception services. These professionals will support up to 3 shifts and be located in 1-2 sites within the local area. At this time, the team is focused on ensuring a safe workplace in support of the COVID-19 containment initiative.
During this time, a function of this role is managing this program at the client site, including management of the Host team who are guiding employees and visitors through building entry health screening, monitoring entry surveys and temperature screening protocols. Additionally, the Workplace Experience Supervisor may oversee a larger workplace safety program, such responsibilities may include things like verification of sanitation protocols, workplace re-entry preparation, and ensuring personal protective equipment (PPE) is available. Personal safety equipment, protocols and training will be provided and required.
The Experience Supervisor oversees employees and daily operations to increase individual well-being, personal productivity, and organizational effectiveness. Host uses people-led, technology-enabled services to connect employees to their environment via their mobile devices, as well as through high-touch services and world-class customer service support. In this role, you would lead a team of Hosts who serve as cultural ambassadors, community advocates, and service leaders in their workplace. The Experience team members you would manage are responsible for providing services for a building, campus, or portfolio, with the goal of ensuring that operations and policies align with client needs and objective.

Salary: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
