Inviting applications for the role of Fleet Specialist supporting GE Aviation
The Executive Information System Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining the EIS Support Central Website, organizing and attending regular meeting/reviews with EIS focal for open EIS accounts. Work within the confines of Siebel, Salesforce and other software to manage EIS cases. Perform gap analysis using the EIS tracker. Manage and maintain the Welcome Kits, including inventory management with marketing supplies.
Specific duties and responsibilities are described below:
Administration
- Maintain updated records of client requirements and specifications for Salesforce and client outreach positions
- Responsible for set up of new customer accounts and initial presentations and meetings
- Aid in sales software administration and configuration for EIS database
- Implement data and manage output reports for various internal teams and management
- Assists CAM in consolidating customer data into EIS tool
- Report comparison for bi-weekly reconsolidation of data to avoid any discrepancies
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
· High School Degree
· Proficiency in various MS Office applications especially Excel, Power Point etc
· Self-starter and ability to work independently on running smooth staffing sales and operation process
· Ability to work and coordinate with client and various internal teams at Genpact
Preferred qualifications
· Experience using Oracle E-Business Applications, or similar business intelligence applications
· Experience in Contract/Proposal and Purchase Order analysis
· Strong analytical skills
· Background in Information Systems a PLUS
· Excellent customer interaction and communication skills
· Must be able to work in multi-disciplinary teams
· Thorough knowledge of Microsoft products with an emphasis on Excel
· Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
