You Role
We are looking for a hands-on marketing coordinator to help support the growth of our SaaS solutions. This is an amazing opportunity to be part of a quickly evolving product in the world’s largest design firm, with an established yet growing market. We’re looking for an invested teammate who thrives wearing many hats and can be adaptable to a variety of responsibilities needed to drive the company.
You will be working in-step with the marketing manager to execute campaigns that grow brand awareness and scale our business. You will be empowered to maintain digital marketing initiatives that reach our target market and support lead generation, SEO/content marketing, SEM, PR, affiliate, social, and email. You’re detailed orientated and can manage your own project timelines. You’re eager to get into the trenches and execute on a tactical level. You're interested in data-driven strategy and will execute marketing campaigns and measure their success, working closely with the marketing manager.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with the marketing manager to support organizational KPIs
- Implement and maintain digital marketing and advertising campaigns
- Support and manage marketing automation
- Manage the execution and growth of email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor website analytics and supporting SEO/SEM
- Use Salesforce for reporting and managing campaigns
- Manage display advertising campaigns and making adjustments as needed
- Ideate and implement LinkedIn and Facebook ads with support from Social Media team
- Develop industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading trade publications, and following our market on social media.
- Support organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
- Research digital marketing trends and share insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute marketing strategy
- The confidence to own a project from start to finish with little intervention
Your Qualifications
- BS degree in marketing or a related field, and at least 2 years of professional experience
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably with a B2B SaaS
- Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Working knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop to create drafts of documents, presentations, and mockups
- Experience with Salesforce and Pardot or similar CRM tools
- Experience with Wordpress or similar CMS platform and basic HTML skills
- Experience with GoogleAds a plus
- Experience with advertising on social media, specifically LinkedIn and Facebook
