Requirements
- Proficiency in 10-Key data entry
- Competence in Microsoft Windows applications, including Word, Excel, and MS Outlook
- Accuracy and keen attention to detail
- Strong multitasking abilities, excellent organizational skills, and the capability to work independently
- Ability to access offices within the plant, including climbing stairs
- Comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting
- Familiarity with filing and bending tasks
- Effective communication skills to convey information professionally and concisely
- Capability to collaborate and work efficiently in a team environment with employees at all levels
Typical Duties
- Maintain records retention and perform data entry tasks
- Track manufacturing inspections and fulfill other departmental document requirements
- Complete Truck and Rail paperwork
- Assist in PolicyTech document management
- Review, scan, and file department paperwork
- Ensure accurate Facility production and inventory metrics and investigate discrepancies accordingly
