Overview
We’re looking for an Area Vice President of Operations to join our team.
You will report directly to the VP of Operations within a specific state/region.
- You’ll be responsible for leading the development, implementation and evaluation of operational policies and procedures for offices in an assigned territory
- You’ll direct and coordinate the Operational Functions for offices within your region
- You’ll be traveling regularly to your regional offices/branches
- You’ll be working side-by-side with your clinical and operational team to promote our hospice services and solidify the highest quality patient care in a cost effective manner
About You
- Registered Nurse highly preferred
- Bachelors’ degree in Business Related field may be considered
- Minimum of five years healthcare managerial experience required
- Unencumbered and active RN license in state of residence if RN
- Hospice or Home Care experience strongly preferred
