Overview

We are looking for a Contact Center Intake Coordinator to join our company. This position will report directly to the Manager of Contact Center Intake Coordination and is responsible for overseeing all eReferrals sent through an eReferral platform. This includes oversight and timely response to all referrals issued by subscribing facilities and management and implementation of all aspects associated with acceptance and/or response to eReferrals and coordination with the local Gentiva family brand.

 

The shift is Sat/Sun 9am-9:30pm.

About You

  • High school diploma or equivalent with customer service experience required.
  • LPN/LV certification or Bachelor’s degree in business, social work, psychology or nursing or equivalent business experience preferred.
  • Must have excellent, professional communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to multi task
  • Hospice or medical office experience preferred
  • Must be able to work in an interdisciplinary setting and have the ability to maintain business and clinical files in a systematic and orderly fashion
