Overview
We are looking for a Mobility Engineer to join our team. This position will directly report to the Director End User Services and is responsible for the support of the IT Director End User Services in their responsibilities for the overall deployment and operation of cellular devices (smartphones, tablets, CradlePoints, and MiFis).
- Maintain company’s Mobile Device Management system (SOTO-MOBI Control) to reflect moves, adds, changes and deletes.
- Helps Support and maintain mobile network server, including monitoring network connectivity, resolving outages, installations/upgrades and troubleshooting as required.
- Setting up new hardware (Smartphones & Tablets) and loading all necessary software, packaging & shipment tracking.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience. Job related certifications may be considered in lieu of degree
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with iOS and/or Android mobile phones
- Experience with Mobile Device Management tools (Soti-Mobi Control and/or MobileIron)
- Familiar with Asset Management, ServiceNow and/or ManageEngine
- Hands on experience with Android and/or iOS
