Overview
We’re looking for a Payroll Processor I to join our team. You will directly report to the Payroll Supervisor. You will be responsible for performing all payroll processing related activities in a timely and accurate manner; and, assisting with the identification and implementation of department metrics, process improvements, and special projects.

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Well organized and confident to work independently, but is a team player
- Ability to communicate clearly to field, mid-level, and executive staff with tact/diplomacy
- Exercises professional judgment and demonstrates good problem-resolution skills
- Very comfortable working with multiple online and computer applications
- Detail- and deadline-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task without sacrificing accuracy
- Ability to follow written processes
- Flexible and responsive to changing business needs
- Consistently acquires and applies new information in the position and shares with team members
Education/Experience:
- High school or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other business discipline preferred
- 1-5 years of related experience
- Experience with Ceridian preferred
- Experience with HomeCare-HomeBase preferred
