The Revenue Integrity Team Lead will report directly to the Revenue Integrity Manager. This role will lead and direct a team of 10-12 Revenue Integrity Specialists and include training, mentoring, and supervising. The Revenue Integrity Team Lead will monitor each team member’s performance, administer discipline, and participate in hiring and separation decisions. This role will also make decisions regarding the substance of claims the team handles, as well as perform higher level reviews for resolutions on accounts that are deemed uncollectible by Revenue Integrity Specialists.
