ESTIMATOR - ONSITE MOVING SALES

We are growing! Gentle John's Moving is looking for a Superstar Sales Representative to join our dynamic moving and storage company and build a career within the multi-million dollar moving and storage industry.

Our Onsite Sales Estimator must be a sales-minded individual who has the drive and previous moving experience to Maximize Revenue Growth while focusing on developing a Book of Business.

Position Description:

• Produce above average results, while exceeding sales goals. Sales Closers!
• Engage with customers face to face, build quotes by qualifying customer's unique needs and close business while adhering to our guidelines.
• Creative thinker who can sell themselves to differentiate our services to achieve and exceed sales and revenue goals.
• Self-starter and highly organized individual that can close business through appointments and warm leads.
• Hand in Hand: listening carefully to the customer needs and act as their personal project manager and advisor.
• Support: connecting with customers to address questions and resolve issues through multiple channels such as phone, chat email, etc.
• Team Player: collaborating with our inside Sales Team and our Marketing and Operations departments to ensure a smooth flow of the process.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must have previous Moving Onsite Estimating experience.
• Is a natural-born salesperson who doesn't follow the same speech every time but knows how to fit the right words to different scenarios genuinely.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• 2 years of sales experience ideally in Moving, Real Estate or Property management.
• A college graduate is preferred.
• Can work 5 days a week with a weekend rotation. (full-time position)
• Has good time management and organizational skills
• Strong organizational skills

Requirements

• Must have prior Moving On Site Estimating Experience
• This position will require getting in and out of a vehicle daily, climbing stairs, kneeling and standing for long periods of time
• Part of daily duties will require driving to and from appointments multiple times a day
• All Outside Sales Estimators are required to provide Valid Car Insurance and Clean driving record per safety department standards
