ABOUT THIS POSITION
Our Bartenders connect with and provide Genuine customer service to the residents we serve in a restaurant and concessions setting. The work goes beyond handcrafting a perfectly made beverage; it’s about presenting the Genuine culture while providing a great experience.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and greet guests, as well as thank guests when they leave.
- Craft drinks to order with care and accuracy at the restaurant for residents of Abiitan Mill City.
- Take guest orders and ensure they receive everything they need for an enjoyable dining experience
- Ring out guests as needed at the cash register and follow cash handling procedures
- Ensure food safety standards are being followed
- Maintain a clean working environment and help the team with any additional cleaning duties
- Assist the overall team by completing any additional tasks asked by management.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be flexible & team-oriented!
- 1 year of bartending experience
- Strong work ethic and ability to multitask
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and level headedness.
- Punctual and able to adhere to the time and attendance policy.
- Interest in and committed to Genuine Foods’ mission to use food to help enhance minds, bodies and happiness.
- Able to climb stairs, stand for long periods of time and lift up 50 lbs.
