Role Overview
Provides analytic support and financial analysis for ABS Global. Primarily supports North America Commercial, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Central operations with additional international support as needed. Key responsibilities to include, the development and maintenance of standard reports, ad hoc analysis, and support of the forecast/budget processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- To support financial reporting
- Financial Reporting is completed timely and accurately
- Perform monthly reporting with minimal direct supervision and within required deadlines
- Identify and implement opportunities for standardization, automation and improvements
- Ad-hoc reporting requests and analysis
- To provide management with timely, accurate and useful information to help manage the organization
- Demonstrate a willingness to participate in projects in support of overall company objectives
- Work directly with ABS employees at all levels from whom information is required or to whom information must be provided to ensure timely and accurate information is delivered
- Work directly with ABS FP&A and Genus Finance teams to support the budget, forecast and strategic planning processes
- Provide trouble-shooting assistance and process coordination to FP&A team members
- Collaborate with Group Finance and Shared Service Controlling\Accounting to ensure the needs of the ABS business are met
- To ensure the image and service orientation of the department and ABS remains professional at all times. To strive to develop new skills and assume greater responsibility within the department and organization.
- Maintain professional verbal and written communications with co-workers, internal and external customers at all time.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience.
- International experience preferred
- Proven experience related to the collection, assimilation and presentation of data
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Proficient computer skills, spreadsheets, ERP systems, financial reporting tools
- Software Experience a plus: IBM Cognos Analytics, IBM Cognos TM1, Microsoft Office Dynamics, Microsoft Office Power BI
