In this role, you will provide analytical support to business groups through effective use of Business Intelligence (BI), Data Modernization and Visualization, and Process Automation techniques. You will organize and lead data optimization projects from inception to implementation, while also managing day-to-day consulting relationships with internal customers. Provide advanced BI to business areas to support data driven decisions through meaningful insights, including but not limited to metrics related to volume, productivity, and team KPIs. Design, create, and implement statistical solutions to optimize capacity and support production managers. Independently lead workstreams related to process optimization: evaluation, solution and business implementation. Partner with IT, Data Governance, and Data Enablement teams on the responsibility of data management and stewardship. Provide mentorship and share knowledge with team members, peers, and cross functional partners. Foster positive and productive working relationships with business partners and stakeholders. Fulfill ad-hoc analytical requests from business partners in a timely and accurate manner YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Required Bachelor degree in an analytic field Minimum of 5 years business analytics and business support functions Experience in one of the following analytics/optimization disciplines: business intelligence visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), cloud programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python), automation techniques and automation software (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere) Superior analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements Ability to create and implement project plans effectively Ability to influence decision makers and drive consensus Strong communication (i.e. oral, written, interpersonal and presentation) skills Improvement mindset, curious, and detail-oriented Preferred Mortgage or insurance industry experience Advanced degree in analytics Experience in multiple of the following analytics/optimization disciplines: business intelligence visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), cloud programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python), automation techniques and automation software (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere) COMPANY Enact is a leading publicly traded U.S. private mortgage insurance provider, offering borrower-centric products that enable lenders and other partners across the U.S. to help people responsibly achieve and maintain the dream of homeownership.
