We are seeking for an experienced Business Process Manager to join Process Management team to lead core business process design, engineering, and implementation efforts; and to drive the integration and adoption of 3rd party systems and tools that streamline customer-facing operations. This key role is a great fit for a solution-oriented and Salesforce certified professional that is an excellent communicator and is capable to understand cross-functional (marketing, sales, and account management) interactions, to effectively map the business needs, to realize the full potential of necessary improvements and to deliver those through.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the efforts to define, design, engineer, and implement core business processes through Salesforce platform capabilities and features
- Collaborate with top management and cross-functional leads to understand business needs and major pain points, to align and formalize the requirements, to report on improvement effort progress, and to guide their teams through the adoption
- Architect and Maintain Salesforce instance and configuration within (e.g. access, permissions, custom objects, record types, fields, formulas, data validation rules, flows and processes) through effective change management and CRM best practices
- Design, Create and Maintain essential Reports and Dashboards that clearly demonstrate business process scale, effectiveness, progress and improve the forecasting capability; analyze reports and provide insights to further the additional improvements
- Monitor Salesforce platform development and upcoming releases through active collaboration with Salesforce sales agent and participation in Salesforce community; understand the impact of upcoming platform releases and coordinate necessary efforts to ensure continuous business operations
- Coordinate and Maintain necessary training and documentation efforts to retain knowledge, to support change tracking, to provide effective guides for new feature adoption and use
About You
- Certified Salesforce Solution Architect or Advanced Administrator or equivalent, preferably with additional certification in Pardot or Marketing Cloud
- Recent 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably managing Salesforce in B2B SaaS organization
- Recent 3 years of experience and a deep knowledge on business process mapping; architecting and implementing Salesforce and Salesforce Lighting based solutions
- Recent 3 years of experience with Pardot
- Demonstrated understanding of project management principles and tools, and ability to initiate, lead and execute the improvement efforts from start to end, including the ability to provide training and support the new feature adoption through
- Excellent communicator and a team-player, with heightened sense of empathy and mental capacity to listen to, understand the problems, conceptualize the solutions, and provide training to top management and cross-functional leads
