Job Title: Contract Coordinator

Contract period: 1yr

Work Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ (must be able to work on-site upon request)

Level: Junior (at least 1yr of professional experience in a related field)

Responsibilities

  • Document preparation prior to a contract process
  • Issue the quotations to the clients
  • Give a guideline regarding a contract process
  • Review/Draft the contracts
  • Support inbound contracts depending on the business environment
  • Communicate with the vendors/clients/service teams/Legal/finance/AR
  • Archive/Share the executed contracts
  • Notify the contract completion to the client/service teams
  • Register the payment plan to the internal system and communicate with AR for accurate invoicing
  • Backup preparation for invoicing
  • Preparation of invoice/resource reports for the clients
  • Preparation of internal budget/contract status reports
  • Support communication btw AR and customer AP in case of payment issues

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Bilingual (English Korean): Must be able to read, write and speak in both
  • Communication skills – written, presentation skills, etc.
  • Candidate must have the ability to work independently or within a team environment.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Managing internal tasks and reporting to the relevant member(s)
  • Strong problem-finding skills
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver work under tight deadlines is essential

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

  • Bar (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
