What are the responsibilities and job description for the Extrusion Operator 3rd Shift Easton position at Georg Fischer?
Your tasks
- Inspection of parts visually for defects
- Keeping cell or line assign to him/her clean at all times
- Following all safety procedures and report any safety problems to the supervisor immediately
- Supporting the established Quality policy and understanding the importance of Quality.
- Measuring pipe with micrometers and tape measures to insure the quality of the pipe meets the QA data specifications.
- Completing production tickets with the proper information for audit station one. I.e. part number, weight of lift etc.
Your profile
- High school graduate, GED or equivalent.
- Ability to read and write English clearly and concisely.
- The ability to work a night shift or a day shift as assigned by management.
- Team oriented
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
