CPS serves as a hub of practical excellence by hosting an array of innovative schools and centers throughout northern Virginia and Washington, DC. In support of CPS's mission and vision, the Senior Office Assistant for the Arlington Education Center is the primary contact for this Northern Virginia Center location. Reporting to the Director of Administration and Operations for the Northern Virginia Centers (NVA), senior office assistants greet visitors, students, and faculty to the Arlington and Alexandria Education Centers. They provide customer service, general administrative assistance, and also serve as help desk support by assisting faculty, students, and staff with basic administrative, technological, and AV support, as well as providing general university, center, and local information. This position may be expected to monitor and order office supplies, provide minor logistical support of events, and assist with room scheduling. Responsibilities include:

Minimum Qualifications: | Qualified candidates will hold a high school diploma/GED plus 1.5 years of relevant professional experience, or, a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant area of study. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. |
