Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical practice. The Practice Manager will be responsible for managing all administrative and operational aspects of the practice, ensuring smooth workflow and providing excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical office management, financial management, and human resources. Duties: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, including scheduling, billing, and patient flow - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality - Manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and collections - Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care - Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction - Supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Manage human resources functions such as employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration - Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in medical office management Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred) - Proven experience as a Practice Manager or similar role in a medical setting - Strong knowledge of medical office operations, including scheduling, billing, and insurance processes - Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record (EHR) systems - Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting and fiscal responsibility - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to ensure compliance within the practice - Experience in human resources management, including employee relations and performance evaluations - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
