As the Senior Tax Analyst, you will run the corporate tax process companywide. While ensuring tax compliance, allocation, and timely filing and payments.  Along with fostering collaboration with finance, accounting, legal, and other internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient integration of tax data into financial statements and planning processes.

Responsibilities

  • Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities Essential responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited, to the following:  

     

    • Continued development and implementation of comprehensive tax strategies aligned with our company's financial goals.

     

    • Manage all aspects of tax compliance, ensuring accurate and timely preparation, review, and submission of tax returns and reports.

     

    • Ensure the application of best practices in transfer pricing policies and documentation, in accordance with relevant regulations and arm's length principles.
    • Identify innovative approaches to minimize tax liabilities while maintaining strict compliance with tax laws and regulations.

     

    • Stay abreast of changing tax laws and regulations to ensure our company remains fully compliant.

     

    • Prepare accurate tax provisions, deferred taxes, and insightful tax forecasts to support financial planning and budgeting activities.
    • Lead the management of tax audits and inquiries, collaborating with internal teams and external advisors to ensure a seamless and successful resolution.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Corporate taxation experience including preparation and filing.
  • Auditing skills/experience and attention to detail.
  • Accounting and tax research experience.
  • Advanced level Microsoft Excel with experience building complex pivot tables, and macros.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Word

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, or finance.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration highly preferred.
