Geotab is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist who will collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to develop learning solutions that align business needs with learning objectives. What you'll do: As a Learning and Development Specialist at Geotab, you will collaborate with stakeholders, business partners and the talent team to develop a best-in-class Student Development Program (New Grad Program) that aligns business needs with learning objectives. You will identify and analyze the skills, performance, and knowledge gaps to create an effective program for corporate-wide initiatives in the areas of onboarding, core competency development, and career management. You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating a high-quality learning and development solution to support the implementation and sustainment of Geotab’s organizational culture, stakeholder requirements, business objectives, and high-performing workforce.  To be successful in this role, you will have excellent organizational skills, communication skills, high attention to quality, detail and accuracy, combined with the ability to train different audiences effectively. In addition, the successful candidate will be a team player with high energy, enthusiasm and proactive approach to problem-solving. The successful candidate will also be able to identify needs, develop effective solutions and manage projects through to completion.
