- taking down information from new clients and current clients
- opening and sending mail
- assisting paralegals and attorneys at the firm with tasks
- working at our Surprise, AZ office 9-5
- working with a computer
- making calls to insurance companies, hospitals for records, police departments for accident reports
Gerber Injury Law is a small family owned firm. We are looking for someone that can take initiative and work on tasks as an individual and someone that can take direction. Since we are a small firm, the individual we hire must be reliable to come to work daily and on time. Having a positive attitude and empathy is also very important when working with clients that are injured. We pride ourselves in being honest and friendly and always available when our clients need us. We expect our receptionist to always be kind and answer any questions our clients have.
