The Product Manager will lead the lifecycle management of vitreous china sinks, toilets, and related accessories, focusing on new product development, market and competitive analysis, and sales support. As the "Product Champion," you will drive product strategy, from concept through launch and ongoing lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals. Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and execute product strategies across multiple channels (wholesale, retail, e-commerce), ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. Assist in developing and maintaining product roadmaps and differentiation strategies.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and ensuring it drives product development and business decisions. Collaborate with support teams to enhance the user experience.
- New Product Development: Lead the development and launch of new products, working closely with global teams. Innovate by enhancing existing products and exploring new market opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate teamwork across technical, sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive product execution.
- Lifecycle & Portfolio Management: Manage product lifecycles, conduct regular portfolio reviews, and oversee product discontinuations and transitions.
- Pricing & Financial Analysis: Conduct market research to inform pricing strategies and monitor product performance using financial data and sales trends.
- Communication & Presentation: Present product plans, market insights, and updates to internal teams and stakeholders. Foster open and transparent communication across the organization
- Flexibility to perform other duties as required
- Bachelor’s degree in product development, marketing, business, or engineering preferred.
- 6-8 years in product management, ideally with durable consumer goods.
- Experience working in multi-national companies and cross-cultural environments.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Project management and technical competence in product specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility, initiative, and a commitment to excellence.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Demonstrates a “roll up your sleeves” initiative to get the job done
