Role Overview
What we’re looking for:
Experience
- Experience with end to end implementation of ERP
- Minimum 3 years working w/ ERP system such as Netsuite or SAP
- Working knowledge of operational critical path: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Production
- Strong understanding of Finance
- Able to gathering and analyze user input and requirements
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to lead discussion with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and technical teams to execute solution architecture
- Experience with large scale technology projects a plus
- Knowledge of integration including between different business systems
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Strong customer service mentality
- Self driven to learn new technologies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification- Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer
- Approximately 30 percent travel

Gerent is looking for a ERP Techno Functional Consultant to lead projects and act as the goto SME for our clients . Gerent is a strategic alliance partner with Rootstock. This consultant will collaborate with customer and partner stakeholders through engagements, support the development of subject matter expertise, thought leadership and strategic capability, by delivering solutions for our ERP customers. The Techno Functional Lead is responsible for leadership and support throughout the implementation lifecycle, including Analysis, Design, Development and Testing.
What you’ll do:
Lead and participate in requirements gathering, document preparation, end-to-end solution design, technical spec preparation, development, deployment and post-production- Recommend best practices for the entire solution
- Comply with all technical and business requirements
- Scrutinize project constraints to analyze alternatives, mitigate risks, and conduct process re-engineering, as necessary
- Define a procedure and process to ensure solution delivery
- Provide leadership for creation of solution prototypes
- Control the solution development
- Collaborate with project management and IT development teams
- Act as a liaison between the technical and sales teams to convert requirements into outcomes
- Update/maintain skills in the ERP solution and the Salesforce Platform over time
