Gerhart has an immediate opening for an Administrator working in our Tatamy, PA location. Candidates should have outstanding communication skills, be a self-motivator, with ability to work independently! Candidates must be reliable, coachable, and the ability to perform efficiently in an industrial-type setting!
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls
- Administrative support with clerical tasks, to include but not limited too: scanning documents, email communications, creating PO’s, maintaining log books, and database update/data entry as needed
- Generate customer invoices
- Maintain files
- Independently manage day-to-day tasks and additional needs on a daily basis
- Ensure clear communication with customers and colleagues
Qualifications:
- Prefer applicants to have 1 years’ experience in a similar profession
- Ability to communicate effectively with all customers, vendors, service staff and visitors
- Attention to detail and time-management skills are a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel are required
- Multi-Task a variety of duties while working in a fast paced environment
- Prioritize tasks with excellent organization
