Job Responsibilities:
- Makes floor plan payoffs and assists with floor plan audits
- CDK experience preferred.
- Bills out all dealer trades and prepares Certificates of Origin.
- Stays abreast of title regulations. Attends seminars held by local licensing bureaus and any available training on title regulations and conducts periodic training sessions for managers and sales personnel regarding title regulations and procedures.
- Stock in new inventory
- Process off street purchases and other used car purchases.
- Post Manheim Auction Sales
- Make copies from car deals for the Title clerk
- Compliance deals for audit purpose
Qualifications:
- Highly organized and must be able to multi-task
- Time management and attention to detail is a must
- Skilled in Microsoft office applications
- CDK experience preferred
- Notary license is helpful
- Valid Driver's license is required
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
