Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Middle School History Teacher with leadership experience for the 2024-2025 academic year to join our team. This full-time position includes the possibility of teaching students in grades six through eight. Duties will include teaching Gerstell Academy's Mission, Motto, Leadership Principles and Attributes, teaching History courses, department work, curriculum mapping, serving as a student advisor, and other duties as assigned or needed to develop the Middle School program.
Skills:
-At least a bachelor's degree in history or related field
-Ability to teach History as an academic course as well as a vehicle to teach leadership education and character development. Prior teaching experience with the capacity to teach Middle School courses strongly preferred.

Pay: $43,420.75 - $45,000.00 per year
